Firing and Finishing Instructions

Once your piece is complete, allow the clay to air-dry before firing. Pébéo recommends firing at 980–1050°C (1800–1925°F) in a pottery kiln.

After firing, decorate your ceramic piece with a suitable ceramic enamel, following the enamel manufacturer's application and firing instructions. Always confirm that your clay, enamel, and firing schedule are compatible before completing your project.

Important: This is kiln-fired pottery clay, not air-drying or oven-bake craft clay. A pottery kiln is required to fire the finished piece.
