Formulated with the highest concentration of 100% acrylic emulsion, pigment and calcium carbonate.  A suitable pH neutral ground for both acrylic and oil paints. Additional features:

  • Primes surface for both calico and oil applications
  • Superior coverage, flexibility and adhesion

  • Does not crack, flake or lift
  • Dries to a flat toothy finish that is sandal for adhesion
