Tri-Art, Cold Press Watercolour Ground, 250ml

Proudly Canadian made, makes an excellent ground for watercolours and dry media applications. When applied smoothly and evenly with a spreading tool, the finish and appearance is very much like cold press watercolour paper. Additional features:
